Purple Lace Ear Ring

Lace is such a romantic and feminine thing to use in jewelry. So if you have never considered the idea, here are some awesome tutorials to inspire.

Cut out your lace trim in the shape you want.

The lace I have used is very thin so I socked the cut lace in the Elmer glue both sides and let it dry well. Then iron it good.

I used a thick sewing needle to put a small hole at the top of the lace trim.

Use an ear ring hook of your choice of color.

Put your ear ring through the hole and fix the hook.

Put it on and enjoy!

Green set

I created this necklace, bracelet and ear ring set to match one of my tops.

The green bead is the translucent green aventurine that has a metallic iridescence. It is a metamorphic rock, with the glistening effect coming from tiny inclusions of shiny mica minerals.

I used rhinestone bridge spacer, silver-finished brass to bring sparkling color and beauty to my set.

I used triple rope sterling silver chain. All other hooks are sterling silver also.

I have used some light green acrylic beads at the ends to have some contrast.

Candice Bag

Here is my very own Candice!

I Fell in love with this cute Candice pattern from Lazy Girl Designs. Didn’t have to look very far for the right fabric. There it was, winking at me - Robert Kaufman’s Ho Ho Holiday Collection!

The unique print caught my attention immediately. I decided to take Candice with me on my next vacation to India and so I embroidered the name of my blog on it. I am sure Candice will end up getting more attention from my family than me. But at least it might bring more visitors to my blog.
